The real Kang The Conqueror, not the soft variant- He Who Remains, makes his menacing debut in Quantumania. As we come closer to release, it’s time to rewatch and tune in to some of the MCU movies and shows to get prepped up before Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania.
Phase 4, post-Endgame, has been divisive among the Marvel Community, and as far as I’m concerned, I would say the same thing. Phase 4 is a rollercoaster with ups and downs, which begs the question- Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Well, I’m gonna have to say the latter. Phase 4 failed to capture the Marvel audience in the same manner as previous phases due to a lack of interconnected storytelling, and cohesive narrative. There were too many standalone movies, and shows that mostly fell off, with few standing out. All of these resulted in a drop in the expectations of fans, and they are expecting nothing more than a lackluster movie.
Nevertheless, can Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania bring back the glory of MCU? Well, let’s hope that this is the case.

Optional Movies and Shows To Watch Before Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania-
Although these movies and shows may be optional in the meantime, the MacGuffins involved in them will play a critical role in the future of the MCU. To put it in a nutshell, the Ten Rings in Shang Chi movie can be traced back to Kang The Conqueror. A similar case exists with The Bangle in Ms. Marvel Show, and it could be linked to Kang, the next big bad of the Multiverse Saga, who will appear in Antman and The Wasp: Quantumania, Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.

In “Ms. Marvel,” we are introduced to the perspective of normal humans living in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and how they view superheroes, but we also meet a friendly neighborhood spiderman-alike character — Kamala Khan a.k.a Ms.Marvel who belongs to an Islamic family.
The Bangle that gives Kamala powers, has its origins with Ten Rings. This glimpse confirms it.
This could mean, both of these MacGuffins are connected to Kang The Conqueror.
